On November, 15, 2019, the Calhoun County Grand Jury indicted Heath Hill, former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tri-County Electric Cooperative on five (5) charges. The five indictments are for one count of Common Law Misconduct in Office and four counts of violations of the Ethics, Government Accountability, and Campaign Reform Act of 1991.
