The First Circuit Solicitor’s Office prosecutes all cases occurring within the jurisdiction of the Circuit in the Court of General Sessions. The Office also adjudicates all the juvenile criminal cases in Family Court within the jurisdiction. The Office further provides all diversions services within the county.
